I haven’t been attending the yoga class that long, but I notice that the exercises and relaxation are very good for me. The atmosphere there is very relaxed and you feel very welcome even as a newcomer to yoga. Highly recommended 🙂mehr

I attend the yoga for mothers there.The course consists of about 1 hour of asanas and 30 minutes of relaxation (pranayama, short mantras, meditation). For me, such a combination is perfect. You move and then relaxed. Both are important in my view for mothers. The course has a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. Anastasia is a young, nice and motivated yoga teacher. It deals with each participant and takes into account personal situation. For me, e.g. she has adapted some asanas because I have tendonitis in my wrist.I like to go to yoga and I can only recommend it.mehr
